Come and enjoy a stroke and starts clinic with Molly Chamberlain, Union College Head Swimming and Diving Coach; Alicia Faucett, Sharks Age Group/Electric City Masters/Mohonasen Girls Coach; and Tim Sinnenberg, Sharks Age Group Coach and ADMS Electric City Masters Swimming Coach.

 

Participants will have an opportunity to do a freestyle based warm up, and then learn more about the short axis strokes, breaststroke and butterfly, as well as time to practice starts. After approximately 45 minutes of warming up and working on freestyle, there will be three, 15 minute stations devoted to breaststroke, butterfly, and starts. Groups will travel between the three different stations. Don’t worry, no one will be expected to do a 200 butterfly!

 

Accomodations will be made for those who prefer to stick with improving their freestyle!

 

Open to all currently registered USMS-ADMS members, and potential members on a 30 Day USMS Trial Membership.
