WELCOME to Adirondack District Masters Swimming (ADMS)

We are one of 53 Local Masters Swim Committees (LMSC) of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). We exist to promote fitness and health in adults by offering and supporting Masters Swimming.

ADMS covers an area of Eastern Upstate New York including the Capital Region communities of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs and Troy; the great Adirondack Park region including Lake Placid,Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake; Northern New York cities of Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Watertown and Fort Drum; the Erie Canal and Mohawk River communities of Rome, Utica, Little Falls and Amsterdam; the Hudson River communities of Glens Falls, Hudson, Kingston, and Cooperstown, Norwich, Oneonta and the Catskill Park.
