Glens Falls YMCA has been awarded a U.S. Masters Swimming Adult Learn‑to‑Swim Grant, expanding opportunities for adults to gain confidence and ease in the water. With the support of this grant and instruction from certified USMS coaches, adults can overcome fear, build foundational skills, and experience the calm that comes from feeling truly safe in the pool. This funding allows Glens Falls to offer empowering, no‑cost lessons that help adults find both confidence and peace through swimming.
