ADMS covers an area of Eastern Upstate New York including the Capital Region communities of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs and Troy; the great Adirondack Park region including Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake; Northern New York cities of Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Watertown and Fort Drum; the Erie Canal and Mohawk River communities of Rome, Utica, Little Falls and Amsterdam; the Hudson River communities of Glens Falls, Hudson, Kingston, and Cooperstown, Norwich, Oneonta and the Catskill Park. |

See the 2007-2008 calendar for other changes and entry forms. Nepean Masters Long Course Meters Swim Meet Entry available (February 23) 2008 Membership dues have increased to $35. The 2008 Application is available. PDF FILES - Enrollment forms and meet entry forms are available in PDF and can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free from the Adobe website.
