Registration for Adirondack Masters!

You can register on-line.

Once you join, you'll immediately enjoy the advantages of membership which includes a subscription to SWIM Magazine along with secondary accident insurance while:

1) in practices supervised by a USMS member or a USS certified coach where all swimmers are USMS registered, or
2) in USMS sanctioned meets where all competitors are USMS registered.

Any member who has “misplaced or lost” their card can print their own card by clicking on the following link: www.clubassistant.com/club/usms_member_card_request.Cfm

Online registration is strongly encouraged. If you cannot register online, you can register via mail by sending the attached registration form along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, and a check for $35 made out to ADMS.

PDF FILES - Enrollment forms and meet entry forms are available
in PDF and can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader,
which can be downloaded free from the Adobe website.
